Catholic women working side by side with men to promote the church doctrines

Background

The Catholic Women Association of Catholic Diocese of Bo was founded by St.Patrick (Holy Rosary Sister) after attending the World Union Conference of Catholic Women Organization (WUCWO) in Ghana. The Association started first in Bo and had spread across Sierra Leone.

Aims and Objectives

• To train the Catholic women in leadership
• To empower Catholic Women spiritually, physically, economically , morally and psychologically
• To educate the women in the meaning f development and self activities

Mission: To work and unite all Catholic Women in Sierra Leone

• Workshop
• Agricultural activities at Kpatema
• Augment payment of fees for senior seminarians
• Support to priests in the parish
• Visitations to the sick, Aged and bereaved
